What is a virtual office?
Virtual office is a service that allows you to use a business address for company registration and operations without renting a physical office space.
Can I use the virtual office address to register my company with CEIDG or KRS?
Yes. Our address can be used to register a sole proprietorship with CEIDG as well as companies with National Court Register (KRS).
How does mail handling work?
You will be notified by email once mail is received. Depending on you selected package, we can store it for personal collection, scan and sent it to you by email or forward it to designated address.
What does the contract signing process look like?
The process happens entirely through the website. Go to the packages in Virtual Office tab, choose billing period and package and click the “Choose” button. Then fill out the form and make the payment through PayU.
Can I receive scanned copies of my mail by email?
Yes, if you choose a package that includes scanning. There won’t be an option of receiving scans in the LIGHT package.
Can I use a conference room?
Yes, we offer a conference room for rent. You can find more information about it in the Conference Room tab.
How long does it take to sign a contract and when can I start using the address?
After a succesfull payment you will get a document confirming your right to use the address within a few minutes. From that moment you can use our address.
What documents are required to sign the contract?
We require basic company details or, in the case of registering a new business, the future entrepreneur’s details. All necessary info will be required to fill out in the form.
Can I change my service package during the billing period?
Yes, we offer flexible package upgrades during the billing period to ensure the services match your current business needs.
