Terms and Regulations Updates

On January 22, 2025, the updated Terms and Regulations of the Website come into force. The update results from the need to adapt the Regulations to changes on the Website and to clarify the applicable provisions of the Regulations.

Most important changes are:

• [Changes to provisions regarding payment card charges] We have updated the content of the provisions regarding the conditions for charging the Customer’s payment card.
• [Changes to the provisions regarding updating the Terms and Regulations] We have updated the content of the provisions related to the conditions for updating the regulations.
• [New provisions regarding timely payment of fees] We have added points regarding payments, their timely settlement and the consequences of payment failure.
